International Academic and Research Collaborations

Mississippi State University has a growing international culture and is always looking for new opportunities in this direction. Our institution's vision includes expanding global outreach through both strengthening our existing international collaborations as well as building new international academic/research/service collaborations. MSU currently hosts 667 international undergraduates and graduate students, and over 100 scholars from more than 70 countries.

Thank you for your interest to establish academic/research partnership with MSU. This site will provide you detailed resource on types of international collaborative projects existing at MSU, contact information to submit a collaborative proposal and the information required for planning a visit to MSU.

International collaborative project initiatives are jointly facilitated by the Office of Admissions and Scholarships and the Provost office through Regional Ambassadors' Committee and International Council.

If you need more information or want to talk to someone in person about new proposals for international partnership, please contact Dr. Lokesh Shivakumaraiah, the Coordinator of International Academic Program Development (Email: LS10@msstate.edu Phone: 662-325-0457) at the Office of Admissions and Scholarships.
