Unit Assessment Documents for Planning and Improvement

Planning and assessment are integral parts of efforts at Mississippi State to continuously improve our academic and administrative departments. Planning and assessment are also important elements in our SACS reaccreditation. As part of the planning and assessment process, all departments must submit to the Office of Institutional Research a document outlining learning objectives (goals), assessments, and examples of how assessment findings have been used to make improvements. In the coming months, consultants will be working with departments to strengthen their assessment plans. The plans presented on this site are examples of effective planning and assessment efforts that may help other departments improve their plans.

SACS Accreditation
